What’s new: Zhang Guang, vice president of one of China’s top engineering universities, which specializes in aeronautics and astronautics, is being investigated by the country’s top graft busters.
Zhang, member of the Communist Party standing committee of Beihang University, is suspected of “serious violation of law and discipline” — a common euphemism for corruption, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) said in a one-line statement published Sunday.
