On Sept. 10, leaders from the Group of 20 (G20) countries paid their respects to Indian independence leader Mahatma Gandhi at the end of their two-day summit in New Delhi, where discussions were dominated by the increasingly bloody war in Ukraine.
Led by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the leaders walked to the memorial barefoot and placed wreaths around the memorial.
