Chinese Audio App Ximalaya Revives Hong Kong IPO

What’s new: Chinese podcast and audio app operator Ximalaya Inc. has revived plans for a Hong Kong IPO, its latest attempt after previous unsuccessful bids in both the Asian city and the U.S.’ stock markets.
The firm has appointed Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and China International Capital Corp. as joint sponsors, according to a prospectus disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Friday. It did not specify the size or schedule of the offering.
