A former chairman of scandal-ridden production company Beijing Jingxi Culture & Tourism Co. Ltd. (000802.SZ) has been sentenced to two years and three months in prison for breaking information disclosure rules, Caixin has learned.
Song Ge was also fined 200,000 yuan ($27,550) for the offense, according to a Beijing court ruling in November that Caixin learned about on Wednesday.
