Wingtech to Sue Dutch Government Over Nexperia Asset Freeze

Chinese tech firm Wingtech Technology Co. Ltd. said it will sue the Dutch government after the Netherlands froze the operations of its semiconductor subsidiary Nexperia Holding and stripped the company of control.
At an investor meeting late Sunday, Wingtech announced it would initiate lawsuits and administrative appeals to challenge the government action. The company said it was preparing an appeal to the Dutch Supreme Court, arguing the move lacked both procedural fairness and substantive legal grounding.
