Leading Chinese optical module maker Zhongji Innolight Co. Ltd. (300308.SZ) has launched a $7 billion Hong Kong IPO, according to a Wednesday prospectus, poised to be the city’s largest listing this year.
The massive share sale underscores robust global appetite for AI infrastructure. The Shenzhen-listed company has secured $3.45 billion from 29 cornerstone investors, including Temasek, BlackRock, Hillhouse, Alibaba and Tencent.
