The principal suspect behind the kidnapping and murder of two medical-device executives in the Philippines has been extradited to China, capping a covert international manhunt for a fugitive who operated across continents using forged identities.
Liu Hanwen was handed over to Chinese authorities by the U.S. and arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport on a commercial flight at about 5 p.m. on July 20, the Ministry of Public Security said.
