China itself looked soft early Sunday against Thailand. Led by legendary Italian coach Marcello Lippi, the Chinese national team came from behind to beat the Thais 2-1.
China will face Iran at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The match begins Thursday at 8:00 p.m. local time (12:00 a.m. Friday morning China time).
