Sheng Songcheng is Adjunct Professor of Economics and Finance at CEIBS.He is right now a counselor of Shanghai Municipal People's government, chairman of statistical analysis Professional Committee of China Internet Finance Association, President of China Chief Economist Forum. Prior to joining CEIBS, he has served as Director General of the Financial Survey and Statistics Department at the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), President of People’s Bank of China in Shenyang branch.
